Dean Price
CEO

Dean Price established DPP over 30 years ago and has built the business into a team of 280 people.

He began his career as a heating and ventilation apprentice and has worked for a further 33 years in plumbing, heating, welding and HVAC, providing full system design and cost management services alongside technical delivery.

James King
Managing Director

James King joined DPP in 2003 to work with Dean Price setting the direction and performance of the business.

He’s been instrumental in managing the company’s evolution from a contracting business into a leading maintenance services company, overseeing growth of 500% in a ten year period. He’s lead establishing continued new client works and relationships whilst being directly involved in shaping the management structure and operational processes to drive continued excellent service to new and existing clients.

James is a Qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, gaining his qualification within a “top 4” firm.

Glyn Grainger
Director of Mechanical Operations

Glyn Grainger initially completed a City & Guilds Advanced Heating Apprenticeship before serving a number of years in the field. From there he moved into the heating supplier merchant industry, reaching the position of branch manager and holding responsibility for several major contracts.

Glyn returned to installation and repair at DPP when he joined as a manager. Over the last 15 years he’s headed up procurement, reactive maintenance, projects, planned servicing and now client services.

Colin Elkins
Director of Electrical Operations

Colin Elkins began his career with an apprenticeship, completing his training to NVQ Level 3, and going on to achieve City & Guilds 2400 Design, Erection & Verifications, 17th Edition and NIC/IC Qualified Supervisor certifications. He started at DPP as an electrician in 1999.

He oversees all electrical services, including reactive, project teams and compliance, monitoring performance to ensure efficient and effective delivery.

Adam West
Director of Ventilation Operations

Adam West began his career at VES Andover, working in their design team on the development of air handling units. He joined DPP after 14 years at VES and spent the following decade moving from mechanical and ventilation project manager to senior contracts manager, then on his current position.

He is the main point of contact for clients on all ventilation related services and support.

Lee Masters
Director of Operational Support

Lee Masters joined DPP in 2006 after previously working within the IT Storage Industry in Account Management and Operational/Logistics roles.

Lee started within our Ventilation and Air Conditioning team progressing through the business spending time within the Mechanical and Electricial teams also.  This journey gave Lee the tools and experience to lead the recent design and implementation of our bespoke in-house management software.

Lee manages the 24/7/365 Helpdesk and Administration teams whilst providing key analytical support to the business through internal and client KPI reporting.

Jon Aylett
Financial Director

Jon Aylett joined DPP in 2011 in the role of Management Accountant, supporting the Financial Director.  Jon has been pivotal in the implementation of advanced internal reporting to maintain and improve cost control during times of growth in the business.  He now leads the accounts function on a day-to-day basis while working with the Senior Management team to ensure efficiencies aid improved job delivery with client cost reductions.

Jon Aylett is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with 15 years' experience within accounting and finance.
